License & Usage Terms

When you successfully complete a purchase on MindGrio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the digital files for your personal use. This license is valid indefinitely, provided you comply with the terms outlined on this page.

Important: You do not own the copyright to the designs, layouts, or graphics within the files. Ownership remains strictly with MindGrio.

Under this license, you are legally permitted to do the following for your personal, non-business use:

If you are using our PDFs in digital planning apps (such as GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, or Xodo):

• You may import the PDF into these apps on devices that you personally own and control.
• You may add your own handwritten text, digital stickers, and typed text over our templates.
• You may not extract our base template pages, remove our branding (if applicable), and distribute the blank templates to others.

Standard purchases on MindGrio are strictly for Personal Use Only. You do NOT have permission to use our designs for any commercial intent. This includes, but is not limited to:

Regardless of personal or commercial intent, the following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of copyright law:

• File Sharing & Distribution: You may not email, AirDrop, message, upload, or transfer the original digital files (PDFs, ZIPs) to anyone else. This includes sharing on Facebook groups, Discord servers, Reddit, or torrent sites.
• Reselling the Digital File: You may not resell, sub-license, or redistribute the digital file in any digital format.
• Element Extraction: You may not extract individual graphics, clipart, fonts, or design elements from our files to use in other projects, digital products, or print-on-demand items.
• Claiming Ownership: You may not claim the original, unmodified designs as your own intellectual property.

If you purchase a Bundle or Multipack (e.g., "The Ultimate Budget Bundle"), this license applies to every individual file included in that bundle. You may not split the bundle and sell, share, or give away individual files from the pack. The license remains tied to the original purchaser.

All digital products, including but not limited to layouts, text formats, color schemes, graphics, and visual elements sold on MindGrio, are the exclusive intellectual property of MindGrio and its creators.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. MindGrio retains all rights, title, and interest in the products, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein.

Your license to use MindGrio products will automatically terminate if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately:

1. Delete all digital copies of the files from your computers, tablets, phones, and cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, etc.).
2. Destroy any physical printed copies you possess.
3. Cease any ongoing commercial or unauthorized use of the materials.

Enforcement: MindGrio actively monitors the internet for copyright infringement. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law, which may include DMCA takedown notices, legal action, and claims for statutory damages and legal fees.
