1. Account Terms

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Digital Products

Because we sell digital goods, please understand the nature of your purchase:

No Physical Items: All products are digital files (PDFs or ZIP archives). Nothing will be physically shipped to your address.

Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your files.

Download Limits: Downloads are accessible via your account dashboard. We recommend saving files to your device immediately.

Printing Responsibility: Final print quality depends on your printer settings and paper type. We are not responsible for printer errors.

3. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency (USD for international users, INR for Indian users) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store your credit card information.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, sales are generally considered final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

You were charged twice for the same item due to a technical glitch.
The file downloaded is permanently corrupted and cannot be opened (you must contact us within 7 days of purchase).

Not eligible for refunds: "I changed my mind," "I printed it wrong," "I didn't read the description," or purchasing the wrong size/format. Please double-check product descriptions before buying. To request a refund, contact our support team.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and layouts available on MindGrio are the exclusive intellectual property of MindGrio and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Strictly Prohibited:

Reproducing, copying, or distributing our digital files for free or for sale.
Reselling our designs on platforms like Etsy, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
Claiming our designs as your own original work.
Extracting individual elements (like clipart or graphics) to use in other products.

6. Permitted Usage

Unless a specific "Commercial License" is purchased alongside the product, all standard purchases are strictly for Personal Use Only.

What You CAN Do:

Print the files as many times as you like for your personal organization.
Use the printed planners for your own household, school, or personal office.
Store the digital file on your personal devices (computer, tablet, phone).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindGrio, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products.
Damages resulting from printing errors, ink bleeding, or paper quality issues.
Website downtime, server errors, or interruptions to our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
