1. The Nature of Digital Products
When you purchase a planner from MindGrio, you are buying a digital file (typically a PDF or a ZIP archive). Unlike a physical book that can be returned to a shelf, a digital file cannot realistically be "returned." Once you download the file, you retain permanent access to the copyrighted content.
Because it is impossible for us to verify that you have deleted the file from your computer, tablet, or cloud storage, we must enforce a strict "all sales are final" policy to protect against digital theft and copyright infringement.
2. The General Rule
All Sales Are Final
Once a digital file has been successfully downloaded or accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and accept this no-refund condition.
3. Valid Exceptions
We are reasonable humans, not robots. While the general rule is strict, we understand that technical glitches happen. We will consider issuing a refund or sending a replacement file under the following specific circumstances:
Accidental Double Purchase
If our system glitches and charges you twice for the exact same product in the same transaction (or within a few minutes), we will gladly refund the duplicate charge immediately upon proof.
Permanently Corrupted or Inaccessible Files
If the file you downloaded is completely broken, won't open, or is missing pages due to an error on our end, we will fix it. Note: You must report this within 7 days of purchase, and we will typically just send you a fresh, working link rather than a monetary refund.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
To be completely transparent, the following scenarios do not qualify for a refund:

"I changed my mind." Because instant access is provided, buyer's remorse does not apply. -
"It didn't print right." Print quality depends entirely on your printer settings, paper type, and ink levels. We cannot be held responsible for hardware issues. -
"I didn't read the description." Please review page counts, sizes (e.g., A4 vs. Letter), and formats carefully before buying. -
"I thought it was a physical book." Every product page clearly states that these are digital downloads. -
"I don't know how to download or unzip it." We provide instructions, and our support team is happy to guide you through the process without issuing a refund.
